Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in Woodruff, Wisconsin. This position is perfect for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about providing quality patient care and supporting nursing teams in a variety of healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
Ensure patient comfort and maintain a clean, safe environment
Accurately document patient care and observations
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in Wisconsin
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a CNA
BLS certification required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
