Adecco is seeking a skilled and driven Technical Internal Recruiter to support hiring efforts for specialized roles in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as mechanics, electrical technicians, and dynamometer operators .

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity , offering long-term potential for the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including mechanical, electrical, and dynamometer-related positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression through the recruitment process.

• Coordinate interviews, background screenings, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Provide a high-quality candidate experience and represent Adecco professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, especially in automotive or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with roles such as mechanic, electrical technician, and dynamometer testing.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

• High level of professionalism and discretion.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $31.25 per hour
