The Daily Wire is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist, YouTube. In this role, youll act as the go-to expert for your assigned platformensuring best-in-class publishing practices, strategic engagement, and data-driven performance optimization. Youll play a vital role in driving audience growth, content innovation, and platform-specific excellence across the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Stay deeply immersed in the platforms ecosystem, including feature rollouts (e.g., YouTube Shorts monetization updates), competitor benchmarks, and content trends
• Analyze content and channel-level performance metrics (CTR, watch time, follower growth, etc.) and deliver weekly insights to guide content and distribution strategies
• Lead A/B testing and rapid response strategy shifts when platform performance changes or new formats emerge
• Own the end-to-end publishing pipelinecrafting engaging titles, coordinating thumbnails, managing post timing, and ensuring metadata accuracy
• Ensure brand and platform consistency across all content while leveraging data to drive innovation and optimization
• Maintain governance and compliance documentation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and support cross-functional teams with technical troubleshooting and training
• Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on platform-specific capabilities and opportunities

Experience & Requirements

• 23 years of experience managing brand channels or equivalent on a major platform (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok) or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite)
• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats
• Analytical mindset with A/B testing and performance refinement experience
• Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment
