Are you passionate about Cloud Operations, love maintaining infrastructure, and thrive on troubleshootingeven during non-standard shifts? We're growing our collaborative, customer-focused Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and hiring multiple new teammates.

Available shifts (Pacific Time):

• SunWed, 10 PM9 AM
• SunWed, 9 AM8 PM
• WedSun, 10 PM9 AM
• WedSun, 9 AM8 PM

Why this role matters:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, youll work hands-on with cloud infrastructure, networking, operating systems, automation, and app administration. Youll help solve traditional operations problems through automation and software, and ensure the reliability, deployment, and operation of Ivanti Cloud services.

On our SRE team, youll:

• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment partnering with Product Engineering, Security, and Support
• Take our platform to the next level with observability, release automation, chaos engineering, and more!

What you'll do:

• 4 10-hour shifts (includes lunch break)
• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivantis SaaS environments in AWS and Azure
• Automate common tasks and improve incident response through tooling and documentation
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations (follow-the-sun model)
• Train colleagues and share your expertise
• Contribute to our FedRAMP journey

What you bring:

• US citizenship and domestic US location
• A BSc in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years relevant industry experience (or 2+ with related degree)
• Python fluency and proficiency with Java, Go, or C#
• Scripting skills (Bash or PowerShell)
• Experience with AWS/Azure, cloud-based SaaS, and troubleshooting Java/.NET environments
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows, networking/storage, databases, monitoring, IaC, and container orchestration
