About the Role:

• We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring they meet our clients' business needs.
• You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development tools and best practices to optimize efficiency and enhance the user experience.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Design and implement data models, workflows, and processes to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the business.
• Implement integrations with third-party applications and services as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and environment.
• Generally contribute to team knowledge by documenting processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and governance.
• Salesforce certification is preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
