As an Assistant Teacher, you will provide a safe and nurturing environment for students, working with your partner teachers to ensure the successful operation of the classroom. What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required; CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

• Prior experience working with children in a school or childcare setting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow lead teacher’s direction

• A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

• Must meet all state licensing and background clearance requirements
