Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Liberty Township, OH
Shift:

• Monday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  
  Duration: 3-4 Months

Job Summary:
The PSR I serves as the face of our company, providing high-quality patient care through skilled blood collection and specimen processing. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and excellent phlebotomy skills, ensuring patient trust and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare specimens for lab testing
• Ensure accurate, confidential patient information handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow established procedures

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience: 6+ months phlebotomy (required); 1+ year preferred
• Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric & geriatric), data entry, and customer service
• Certifications: Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA
• Other: Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
