✨ Position Overview:
We're seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our healthcare team under the Government Managed Services Region. In this rewarding role, you'll play a key part in developing and implementing nutrition programs that promote health, aid recovery, and enhance the quality of life for patients. This 13-week contract offers a consistent weekday schedule and the possibility to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

 

🍎 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide medical nutrition therapy and dietary counseling to patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal nutritional outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly
• Educate patients and staff on dietary best practices and nutritional wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation following all regulatory and facility guidelines

 

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)credential required
• State licensure (if applicable) or eligibility to obtain before start date
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
