Overview Director Business Development – Professional Services Segment will be responsible for driving sales and growth within the Professional Services vertical. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing key client relationships, and acquiring new customers across multiple sub-segments within the vertical. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in selling IT, BPS, and other services to companies across Real Estate, Tax Advisory, HR & Staffing Industry, Management Consultancies, Security Services (e.g., Allied) & Facilities Management, with a strong track record in new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Professional Services vertical. Drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. Manage key client relationships across multiple sub-segments including Real Estate, Tax Advisory, HR & Staffing Industry, Management Consultancies, Security Services, and Facilities Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment to deliver solutions. Lead end-to-end sales cycle and take ownership of deal execution. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales/BD in IT, BPS, or consulting services. Strong experience selling to large companies in Real Estate, Tax Advisory, HR & Staffing Industry, Management Consultancies, Security Services, and Facilities Management (experience in at least 2 areas is a MUST). Understanding of the industry’s technology landscape, business challenges, and opportunities. Strong consultative, solution-selling, and relationship-management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
