Key Responsibilities Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, negotiation and oral advocacy skills Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate disputes Attend and argue motions in court under supervision Manage case files and support senior attorneys in client communications Participate in litigation strategy meetings and trial preparation Qualifications 2–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with commercial real estate exposure Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills Articulate communicator with professional presence in court Admitted to the New York Bar Experience in or exposure to federal court litigation preferred They Offer Clear path to partnership Long-term stability and low turnover Comprehensive benefits Strong mentorship and direct partner interaction Busy, high-quality caseload that fosters professional growth Work schedule flexibility We are an equal-opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
